The Hungry Vegetarian Chili

Hello All,
This week's entry is a vegetarian chili that I made for dinner on Thursday night. This dish is hearty, and will definitely fill you up. As is the case for the majority of what I prepare, most of the ingredients are from Trader Joe's. I don't know where you can find healthy and/or vegetarian food for a cheaper price (I am in no way affiliated with them). Sometimes, I'll also add Morning Star vegetarian bacon, but this time, I omitted it. Below are a list of the ingredients. Also, I don't recommend exerting too much physical energy soon after eating this chili, let's just put the swimming rule into effect here. Enjoy!

1 Can of Trader Joe's Vegetarian Chili
1/2 Organic Roma Tomato
1 Small handful of minced Onion
Olives
Bread & Butter Pickles
Jalapenos
Sour Cream
Mustard
Smoked Chipotle Hot Sauce (They sell this at Target, it's the same sauce that they use at Chipotle)

If you have any questions, feel free to email me at thehungryvegetarianblog@gmail.com.
See you next week!
